China Silicon Valley is a California non-profit corporation committed to promoting investment, business cooperation, and people-to-people exchanges between China and Silicon Valley.

The organization partners with Silicon Valley city governments to boost investment and job growth by supporting talent, technology, business, and investment exchanges, along with sister city relationships between Silicon Valley and Chinese cities.

The organization offers a one-stop network of services—including government relations, legal, tax, consulting, networking, tourism, culture exchange, talent, and real estate—to help Chinese cities, businesses, and individuals invest, set up factories, R&D centers, or start other businesses in Silicon Valley.
