China Silicon Valley congratulated the grand opening of APAPA-Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association’s new chapter, Peninsula Chapter (APAPA-PNC) at Atherton on Sunday, November 8, 2015. The celebration attracted hundreds of Bay Area people to got together at the grand opening. There were Congressmen, senators, mayors, city councils, elected officials, and voters.
