Victor Wong Meets China Southwest University

On behalf of China Southwest Jiaotong University (SJU), Shanshan Liu, the international training specialist of San Francisco State University, invited Victor Wong, Co-president of China Silicon Valley to conduct a seminar on The Startup Company in Silicon Valley, How they Survive and Succeed & Venture Funding for Startup Companies.

The group consisted of six faculty and administration members from China the SJU School of Engineering. SJU is a prestigious University located in southwestern China.   Mr. Donghai Zhai led the group on a one month study/research trip along the U.S. West Coast with Silicon Valley being an important stop on their trip.

The seminar was conducted in the afternoon of February 12th, 2014 at the Downtown Campus of San Francisco State University College of Extended Learning and International Affairs.  With his extensive experience in the venture capital field, Mr. Wong shared his insights and his vision regarding high-tech start-up companies in Silicon Valley. The group also discussed how to transition University research to commercial success in China.
