Eve Phillips was elected to the Orinda City Council in November 2014. Eve also serves as CEO of Empower Interactive, Inc., a digital health company dedicated to improving access to high-quality, measurable behavioral healthcare for those in need. She volunteers with the Miramonte Cycling Team and is a graduate of Stanford, MIT and Miramonte.
